Dr. Mascaró began his educational training in New York at Cornell University and then moved on to the State University of New York – Health Science Center at Brooklyn for his medical degree. He finished his training in Head and Neck Surgery before going on to complete a dual fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Hair Restoration and Scalp Surgery, a fellowship co-sponsored by the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.
